I wanted the authenticity and this is the place you get it. Not in a position to judge peruvian cuisine, but for the first timer tastes good. Specially the desert.
I grew up on Market Street and have been eating here for about 30 years. I havent lived in Paterson for about 12 years but I still take the 1.5 hr ride at least once a month to eat here. The arroz chufia and lomo de pollo are absolutely amazing. This is a family owned establishment and you can taste it in the food.

We stopped in to see the Paterson Falls and this little corner restaurant caught our eye. The meals were delicious and unique to our American food styled taste buds! Not a lot of English is spoken in this quaint Peruvian restaurant, but its worth the trip.
